Thank you for the update. What I might recommend is setting up a filter in your cPanel under the Account Filters page, set the first dropdown to From and second dropdown to 'does not contains' and the text field to mail.cash-assurances.dz. Then you can choose to delete the email or perhaps for testing, send it to another folder to ensure the filter is working the way you want it too.

The only way to restrict outgoing email is to create a system email filter, as described at < https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+to+Customize+the+Exim+System+Filter+File >, defining whatever rules you wish for the messages to be filtered by. The page at < http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/filter_ch-exim_filter_files.html > describes the syntax for these filters.
